Working in social impact is rewarding, complex, and sometimes exhausting.
Between managing people, funding cycles, navigating messy systems and trying to deliver real outcomes, it’s easy to feel stuck, stressed, or isolated.
That’s why we’re piloting a new approach *Leadership Circles * to bring the benefits of coaching into a small, peer-based format.

Leadership Circles
We dreamt up Leadership Circles as the antidote to doing impact work alone, because leadership is lighter, braver and more sustainable when it’s shared.
You still get the 1-1 goodness of working directly with Andrea, but in a group setting that’s practical, human and trauma-informed. Circles bring together peers at a similar career stage in a safe, supportive online space where community replaces ‘going it alone’.
Alongside peer support, you’ll gain tools and strategies drawn from Andrea’s 20+ years across nonprofits, government, consulting, and boardrooms + her grounding in yoga teacher training, Eastern traditions and wellbeing practices.

Peer-based: small groups capped at 10 with people at a similar career stage
Convenient: 60 minutes per week for 6 weeks (online, during work hours)
Useful & practical: every session connects directly to your work
Dynamic format: alternating deep dives and flexible Q&A/reflection
Investment
Executive coaching often starts at $400 an hour. We’ve designed Leadership Circles to be more accessible and affordable - while still delivering depth, personalised support and lasting impact.
Circles are also designed to be sustainable. Once you’ve completed the 6 weeks, there are options to keep connected with your group so the learning and accountability continue.
Below is the trial and tiered pricing model
🌱 Early career (first 3 years): $1,000 + GST
🌟 Mid-career: $1500 + GST
🌍 Senior-career: $2,000 + GST

Gen Z might tease Gen X for over-using “…” ( eg title of this initiative) but being Gen X means Andrea brings 20+ years of experience across government, consulting, and nonprofits. From grad to nonprofit CEO, Board Director, and founder of her own social impact practice, she’s managed organisations, staff, boards, funders, clients, complex partnerships and built social ventures and has seen and experienced a lot!
Her family’s migration story - fleeing Idi Amin’s Uganda, living in 1970s Britain, and starting again in Australia - shapes her understanding of resilience, identity, and difference.
Like many, Andrea did all the diagnostics (remember Myers-Briggs?!) Enneagram, leadership training, even yoga teacher training. She read and listened to the greats: Brené Brown, Simon Sinek, Adam Grant, and countless others. But over time, she realised that to deliver social impact work, what’s needed is holistic support that combines real world experience, mindfulness practices and community. Her approach helps people: understand the stories and mindsets they carry about work, shift these stories with awareness and practice new ways to navigate the wild ride of social change work.
Her mission is simple: help impact professionals find confidence, calm and contentment - so they more effectively deliver impact.
